Women's Health Innovation Summit US 2022

Sagentia Innovation is excited to be sponsoring the Women’s Health Innovation Summit 2022 in Boston this September.

Kate Marchio, Director of Women's Health, will be giving a talk on "Bringing empathy to the design and development of women’s health technology" at the summit. The talk will be held on Thursday September 29 at 3.50pm.

A critical factor in designing successful products, services, and experiences is understanding and empathising with the unmet needs of the end user. Women’s health has historically lacked this understanding, resulting in products that leave a lot to be desired. In this talk, Kate will explore how incorporating diversity and empathy into traditional product development processes can help us design better women’s health solutions.

The Women’s Health Innovation Summit addresses and brings awareness to a wide range of verticals, the challenges and unmet needs for women and their health. The event will also consider what’s next in accelerating innovation, investment, research, and partnerships to continue to improve the access of quality of care for women worldwide.
